It is sometimes referred to as Meditative Stitching or Mindful Stitching. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eDuring the workshop we will provide you with a template design of a picture to demonstrate slow stitching so that you have the opportunity to practice the technique with guidance and you will then be able to finish the project at home.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThis type of stitching is accessible to anyone.
