Shipping & Delivery

We want your items to arrive as beautifully as they left us. Every order is carefully prepared by our team—with most items hand-wrapped in our signature pink tissue. (Please note that while we take every care with all our products, our pink tissue wrapping excludes cards and sale items).

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Standard UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ensure your items reach you safely:

• Orders under £50.00: £4.95

• Orders over £50.00: FREE

Special Items & Furniture

• Medium Items (e.g., Lampshades): These are calculated individually at checkout based on size and weight.

• Large Furniture Items: We offer local delivery within a 35-mile radius of HP4 1EH for a flat rate of £35.00. Once you place your order, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Where is my order?

If you haven’t received your parcel within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please do get in touch. Email us at shopforgood@stfrancis.org.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
