The original recipe all-butter shortbread is made with butter and a pinch of ground rice, which gives each biscuit a light, crumbly texture. Baked in small batches by the Shortbread House team in Edinburgh, it is shortbread at its simplest - just the way it should be.
- All-butter: These biscuits are made using an all-butter recipe. They contain just four, high-quality ingredients including the finest Scottish flour and creamiest Irish butter.
- Handmade in Edinburgh: A team of skilled bakers make each biscuit by hand, using the same traditional methods you use in your own home.
- Presented in a bright, contemporary, hand-illustrated box, perfect for gifting. Each box has a distinct design and colour, giving it its own personality.
- Award-winning shortbread: Winner of 2-Star Great Taste Awards in 2024 and 2023, and 1-Star awards in 2026, 2025, 2022, 2021 and 2020.
