Cancellation:
Booking A Workshop
Workshops are non-refundable and you cannot re-schedule or transfer to another workshop. We would be delighted if you send someone in your place however, all we need is for you to please provide their name, phone number and email address before the workshop either by email or phone a minimum of 14 days before the workshop commencement date.
Our Right to Cancel a Workshop
In the unlikely event that a workshop is under-booked we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. We will give you as much warning as possible by contacting you on the email address you gave us when you registered. We will happily refund the cost of the workshop or transfer you to an alternative workshop (equal value).
